Thank you for choosing Grade Lens. This policy describes how subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work in a clear and straightforward way. If anything is unclear, we invite you to reach out—we are here to help.
Section 01

Overview

Grade Lens offers subscription plans that renew on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; when you do, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until that date. Subscription fees are generally not refunded for the period you have already paid for, except where the law requires otherwise or where we agree to make an exception in good faith.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms regarding refunds or billing, the Terms control.

Section 02

Subscriptions & Renewals

Paid plans are billed on a recurring schedule (for example, monthly), as described at checkout and in your account. Unless you cancel before your next renewal date, your subscription will continue and your payment method may be charged for the next period at the then-current rate.

Section 03

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by following the cancellation options we provide. When you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the features included in your paid plan until that period ends.

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund charges already processed for the current billing period.

Section 04

Refunds

We approach billing with fairness and transparency. In general, subscription fees are not refunded once a payment has been processed for the applicable billing period. This helps us sustain reliable service for educators while keeping pricing predictable.

That said, we recognize that exceptional situations arise. Where required by applicable law, we will honor your statutory rights. We may also consider courtesy adjustments on a case-by-case basis—for example, in the event of verified billing errors or other circumstances we deem appropriate—in our sole discretion.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error, see a duplicate charge, or experience difficulty accessing your subscription after payment, please contact us promptly. We will review your situation thoughtfully and work with you toward a reasonable resolution.
